KANSAS - There's no place like home, There's no place like home...
Will Old Father Time retain the points lead? Or will Juan Pablo knock him off his rocker? Will Joey Logano try to roll 17 times to beat his previous record? Will Chip pick the right dickish Busch bro? Ooooh....the suspense. PICK!
DOVER RESULTS
Chip would have run away with this had he not picked the wrong Busch brother. And oddly, almost everyone picked Greg Biffle this week -- out of nowhere! Erik is one of the Biffle pickers, but makes 4 other awesome picks and wins the week. John is not one of the Biffle pickers, and also wins the week. That's right folks, we have a TIE!! Interestingly, we also have a tie for last place. :(
Congrats to both of our winners:
Erik - 6.2
John - 6.2
Chip - 9.2
Melody - 11.2
JC - 11.4
Ali -11.4
Next up, Kansas. Oh goodie. That sounds fun*.

DOVER - Shortest race name ever
It's the AAA 400! Will Kasey recover? Will Montoya take over the lead and become the first English-As-A-Second-Language driver to win the championship? Will Reutimann continue to crash every 5 laps? Will Vickers show up? OH THE DRAMA! Pick....
NEW HAMPSHIRE RESULTS
Interesting week. No, CHIP, I am not embarrassed. I still finished well. Whatever. The rest of you....well....poor Melody gets done in by being the only person to pick Kasey. The rest of us get done in by picking some combination of Carl Edwards, Tony and Jeff Gordon. You wouldn't think that 17, 14 and 15th place picks would mean doom....but they did! Erik has great picks, but doesn't pick Martin -- for like the first time EVER! And yes, Chip wins:
Chip - 7.4
Erik - 8.2
JC - 8.8
John - 9.2
Ali - 10.6
Melody - 14
Chip - 7.4
Erik - 8.2
JC - 8.8
John - 9.2
Ali - 10.6

Yet another reason not to like Mark...Herpes!
Next up.....Dover, Delaware.

RICHMOND RESULTS
Let me just start by saying I'd like a group round of applause for Kyle Busch *NOT* making the chase. I love it! :)
Also, we had 4 people pick the winner this week! Good work! Erik did not pick Denny, and Ali, who picks Denny EVERY FREAKING WEEK and LOVES Denny, did not pick Denny.
Finally, I must admit that I didn't watch the very end of the race, because I was on channel 7, watching Ohio State lose. &*#^@%$! So I don't have much commentary, and I don't know why Montoya, who I picked, and who ran in the top 10 the whole race, ended up finishing 19. This was a horrible sports weekend! And to add to my misery....
Chip takes the victory. Congrats, Chip!!
Results:
Chip - 7.2
Erik - 8
JC - 9.2
Melody - 11
John - 13.2
Ali - 14.2
And just to review, these are the chase contenders:
Picking rules don't change for the chase. You can pick whoever you want, in or out of the chase.

ATLANTA RESULTS
This week, John picks the winner -- Kasey Kahne -- and also takes home the week's trophy. Congrats John!
Ali almost looks brilliant by being the only person NOT to pick the doomed Jimmie Johnson, but then gets screwed by both Carl Edwards and Kurt Busch. Melody also gets smacked by picking Edwards.
JC and Erik squeak by with decent average finishes by picking only one miserable finisher.
Chip picks Mark Martin (who does finish well), and karma does him in and finishes him off with a 36 and 37 in Jimmie and Carl. Sigh.
Most amazing move of the race -- Vickers changes and axle mid-race and still finishes 7th!
John - 12.4
JC - 14.8
Erik - 15.4
Chip - 19.6
Melody - 21
Ali - 21.2
I will do a cumulative total after next week's race, so we know where we stand going into the chase.
